CARDIO DECK: Our goal at Fitness54 is that you’ll never have to wait for a piece of cardio equipment again!  With more than 60 hi-tech treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent cycles, ellipticals, and Arc trainers, you’ll be able to start your cardio workout quickly.   A wall-full of flat screen TV’s and your own headset can tune you in to whatever program will make the time you spend improving your cardio conditioning fly by.

SELCTORIZED EQUIPMENT: Two complete lines of state-of-the-art, quick-to-adjust, non-intimidating weight machines make working out at Fitness54 as delightful an experience as working out can be. You can do your complete muscle training session on this equipment, which is designed to work out each muscle group in your body effectively and safely. Or you can pick and choose which machines will supplement your particular training needs.

FREE WEIGHTS: A fitness center wouldn’t be complete without an assortment of free-weight equipment.  Fitness54 has chosen special equipment for this vital area of the facility. Lift without need for a spotter by using the Smith Machines or the new StarTrac Max Cage which allows your lifting experience to vary as needed for your particular goals.  Flat and adjustable benches, cable cross-over machine. dumbbells  –  they’re all here.

ABS ONLY: Whether you’re working on your “six pack” or just want your waistband to fit a little looser, the “Abs Only” area at Fitness54 can help you quickly achieve your goals. Abdominal equipment, geared toward tightening your mid-section, is located in one area, so you can conveniently attend to that important muscle group.
